| Project Partner | A Project Partner is an organisation funded to recruit, establish and support a specific number of active online groups. |
| Group Owner/Moderator | The group owner is the person who establishes the online group. They are also responsible for appointing moderators. Together, the owner and moderators are responsible for administrating group communications, e.g. approving new members and content, to ensure the group remains active and viable.
