Grampians Pyrenees Primary Care Partnership (Ararat)

The Grampians Pyrenees Primary Care Partnership is a voluntary alliance of approximately 20 primary care service providers in the Central Grampians region, encompassing the Shires of Pyrenees and Northern Grampians, and the Rural City of Ararat.
