CELAS (Centro Español Latinoamericano De Asistencia Social Incorporado) is a community based welfare agency whose aim to offer welfare services, community development and support to Spanish- speaking members of the Victorian community.

CELAS' services are funded by the Departmet of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs and the Department of Human Services.
