The following is an extract of the Code of Conduct, regarding WebMail and Email in general:

All users of mc2 must not use mc2 or VICNET services to:

  • Send emails or post messages, which are unlawful, excessively large, obscene, vilifying, or contain defamatory or libellous content.
  • Send unsolicited advertisements ("SPAM"), chain letters or similar emails.
  • More about SPAM in the mc2 Glossary. See also: VICNET SPAM Policy
  • Use VICNET as a relay for email without VICNET's express permission.
  • Modify the sender, time, server or other header information of e-mails.
  • Send large numbers of email to one address with the purpose of interfering with the use of the address.
  • Forward confidential mc2 mail to non-members - see Privacy Policy
