Murrindindi Shire Youth and Family Team
The Murrindindi Youth and Family services team was established to develop meaningful links between agencies, service providers and authorities. Members of the team meet monthly to establish and develop relationships between themselves and to inform each other about the services they provide.
Terms of reference.
To develop a working relationship between Youth and Family service providers and to establish protocols for infomation sharing.
To provide an interface between Youth and Family service providers and relevent agencies and authorities.
To give an opportunity to discuss cases, both specific and non-specific, so as to facilitate more effective referral and case planning.
To collaborate on matters of service provision and tender submission so as to maximise benifit to the community.
To seek understanding of community need and develop working models to prevent unnecessary hardship.
