The aim of this on line forum has been developed to provide networking opportunities and support those who have undertaken the Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) 5 day program conducted by Latrobe University.
The development of this on line forum is in conjunction with the Gippsland PRACS Whole of Health Project.
The comprehensive Health Assessment Program is a statewide training initiatiative for PRACS ( Public Residential Aged Care Sector) funded through the Department of Health
