women in trades and services
The name of our Group is Incompany-Women in Trades and Services (WITS). We provide services and resources to women in non-traditional areas of work. We actively support and promote the existence of these women and encourage young women to consider non-traditional areas of work as real and exciting career options. Our core business to date has been the publication of the Directory of Women in Trades and Services and associated initiatives, such as seminars and networking activities. We have received support from the Victorian Women's Trust, Women's Information Referral Exchange, VICNET and the current State Government.
