Knox WHEEL School Network
The Knox WHEEL School Network provides a forum for discussion between schools and organisations within the City of Knox Victoria taking part in the WHEEL Change Program.
The WHEEL Change project aims to improve the health and wellbeing of children and families in the Knox community through promotion of healthy eating and active lifestyle in the school setting.
In 2008 Knox Community Health Service in partnership with Knox Division of General Practice received Commonwealth funding for a new community initiative called WHEEL Change. WHEEL Change will focus on the unique role of parents and schools in relation to the development of healthy lifestyle practices of children.
