We have erected a solid 9m x7m shed, which has tables and chairs and can now be used as a camp kitchen. We have also installed a wood burning heater to warn yourselves in the cooler months.
We now have three rain water tanks and a permanent toilet / shower block . We have installed a wood chip heating system for the showers. It is now up and working.
We have installed an outlet on our container for you to connect your own generator to power the lighting and power points to above facilities.
Local Police and Rangers will sometimes drop in to say hello when they are in the area.... please make them welcome.
Mobile Phones and computers have good coverage and there are two UHF CB Repeaters that can be accessed (Ch2 - Ch6)
All UHF & HDTV Channels are accessible and provide strong signals.Just point your antenna at the towers.
This Retreat is now open all year round.

The Retreat is in a very good location half way between Sydney & Melbourne, 7 Km off Hume highway on Tumbarumba Rd in the Murraguldrie State Forest and there are endless tracks to walk or drive.
