This states 'No Visitor Parking' * much noise, coming and going, effective privatisation of common property outside the Site Office - people standing chatting, smoking, using their mobile. Who would you take to VCAT? the builder, the Council or the Body Corporate? Will the possibility of access to VCAT by Owners Corporations see a pent up demand for dispute resolution, with a consequent 'log jam'? ************************************** Query?
