Fernwood Vipers
The VIPERS were formed in 2004 by the Bendigo Amateur Soccer League (BASL - now Football Central Victoria or FCV) as a Representative Squad of the best regional female players to compete in the FFV Women's Premier League (firsts and reserves) - the pinnacle of club football competition for female players in Victoria. The catchment for the Vipers has since been extended to include Albury-Wodonga (AWFA), Mildura/Sunraysia (FFS) and Goulburn-NorthEast (GNEFA) players, and Fernwood has come on board as the major sponsor of the FERNWOOD VIPERS - the WPL developmental representative squad for the best female players across the whole of northern Victoria.
