| While the hot air balloons went up, a lot of Vegan business was going down.
Vegan Australian Cycling Tour spent the week providing free fruit, unobtrusively promoting Veganism and the VACT website. The Vegie Curry Man stall was open in the catering section of the field. This reviewer sampled 'A Taste of India' (three curries, pakora, roti, greens and chutney) as well as a Vegan gluten-free 'Date and Almond Cake'. Health-motivated Raw Foodist Bernice Lynch was promoting AIM dehdrated juices and Xango mangosteen puree.
