The Voice - Regional Youth Reference Group
Aim:
The voice will understand & bridge the gap between the Murray & the Mighty Mountains for the Albury & Upper Hume Communities and their young people.
Objectives:
1.The Voice - To be a core group that is the voice for youth.
2.SWC (School Welfare Coordination) – To get permanent youth welfare workers from outside organisations into schools by working in partnership with WDIT & the community.
3.Ambos (Ambassadors) - To improve the knowledge & skills of The Voice so that we can be heard by service providers, community & young people.
4.Health Expos - To use health promotion to inform young people about their choices & responsibilities around alcohol & other drugs & related issues.
