Most of the yellow tea is produced in China. Here in difference providences difference types of yellow teas are produced.

The tea ! that has been a common drink in our life for refreshment has much to offer beyond its refreshing qualities. Though it is procured from a common plant, its extraction to different products have different properties to offer the mankind.

Today's teas are available in different flavors and different tests. Use of tea also has been changed. In India people use it with milk and spice, while in some other parts of the world people yet use the same old way of taking teas boiling with water.

Initially it was taken as a refreshing drink. Later research found many disease curing qualities in it. Today, China is the largest producers in tea production.
China's green tea has great demand in word wide. This green tea is much helpful for preventing many diseases. Tea is a good antioxidant, for that it is commonly used for weight loss.

Tea plays an important role in preventing cancer. The research is on its way to discover more relation between tea and cancer treatment. The caffeine present in it is a central nervous system stimulant, and sometimes causes insomnia, headaches, nervousness and dizziness. It is decaffeinated to prevent this kind of problems.

Green tea is available in its original flavor or in many varieties of added
flavors. Green tea's processing makes it different form other teas like black tea and oolong tea.

Research aimed at finding the active compounds in green tea revealed that its protective effects are due chiefly to catechins. Tea contains four main catechin substances: EC, ECg, EGC and EGCg, all of which are inclusively called catechin.

Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) is the most powerful of these catechins.
