Spray St, Elwood
Spray St, is one of the streets in the "oceanographic quarter" of Elwood. It runs between Glenhuntly Road and St Kilda Street and has a mix of flats and houses.
Elster Creek, with its fabulous family of ducks, runs to the rear of one side of the street, and Ormond Rd and the Village runs to the other side.
The street has had a big turn over of residents in the past few years and as result many of us don't know each other. The idea for the website came from the City of Port Phillip's great idea of street life initiative. There is a lot of evidence that says knowing your neighbour is good for your health.
This site is here to share information about local events and happenings, allow people to find out if others are interested in exercising together, starting a babysitting club, or a book club, looking for someone to walk the dog, or seeking advice on tricky topics.
