Term 3 2007 Wow! During the last week of Term 2 and the term break it rained and rained and rained! The Snowy River rose and rose and eventually peaked at the top end of the official moderate flood level. July 18 Orbost Secondary College students selected to present at the River Health Conference met and started to plan their talk, focusing on the recent flood. August 8 Cluster teachers attended a workshop to plan for the first Scavenger Hunt utilizing GPS units purchased with the Totally Spatial! grant monies. August 15 Orbost North Primary P-1 students had fun painting real mud onto their crayon coloured pictures of a flooding river!
