Each Snowy River Thinking activity or event will be recorded here chronologically. Most events will also have their own page documenting the full range of things that happened.

Term 2 2005

All schools in the cluster signed up to the SNOWY GROWY program; an Australian Science Teachers Association (ASTA) School Community Industry partnerships in science grant funded activity. This project took up all of Term 1 Snowy River Thinking time and will be completed in the first half of Term 2.

Mr McNamara presented a Snowy River Thinking talk at the Cann River teacher PD day.

Volcanoes erupted at Orbost Primary School! Did you know a large percentage of the Snowy River catchment area is made of rocks with a volcanic origin?

June 1
Snowy River Thinking teamed up with East Gippsland Waterwatch to host an Orbost North Primary School field trip to the wonderful Cabbage Tree Palms area near Cape Conran and the SRT resource space at Marlo Primary School. A good time was had by all!
