Southern Mallee Ace Cluster
The ACE cluster aims to link the Adult Education providers in the Southern Mallee Region which includes the towns of: Birchip, Wycheproof, Beulah, Rainbow, Kaniva and Jeparit.
The ACE Clusters were set up to:
*Develop a marketing plan in consultation with each centre and the broader community to engage learners of all ages in each organisation within the SMACE.
*Provide a continuing program of professional development for the staff and committees of management of each of these centres.
*To develop the capacity of the SMACE providers to deliver accredited and non-accredited programs on-line.
*To develop a curriculum and library resource that is accessible to each organisation in the SMACE.
*To develop strong working linkages with the LLENS, Learning Towns and the Community Enterprise Centres within our region to promote the concept of life long learning and to provide support and guidance on vocational and educational pathways.
*To engage our communities and
* Using education as a tool to promote health and well being awareness programs within our region.
