SKINS is a network of Indigenous community development workers who are studying or graduated from Swinburne/Koorie Women Mean Business Community Development and Frontline Management courses. As the course has come from KWMB’S GOALS strategy (Growing Our Aboriginal Leaders), the network aims to provide a safe environment for Indigenous community leaders to share issues, knowledge, experience and skills
