HOME SUSTAINABILITY ASSESSMENT - GREEN LOANS The Green Loans Program helps Australians make the right choices for their home and their budget by providing access to tailored information from in-home assessments and low cost funding from financial partners. A tailored free Home Sustainability Assessment coupled with access to an interest free Green Loan product of up to $10,000 will enable home owners to make improvements and reap the savings from less energy and water use around their homes. The five year initiative will help an estimated 360,000 Australian homes, provide work for more than 1000 home sustainability assessors and encourage an estimated $400 million in green inspired stimulus for the economy.
