"Salvadorean Community Council of Victoria Inc", purpose is to improve the quality of life of the community by responding to identified need and seeking to transform unjust structures of our society. Through our support program, we want to facilitate assistance and support activities that will promote the social, cultural heritage, Economic Benefits providing information and support services for members among Spanish speaking communities. (Latin American Communities).
