Spina Bifida Foundation of Victoria Parents
Parents of people who have spina bifida are welcome to join this group. The focus of this group is to facilitate interaction amongst parents who will benefit from sharing information with other parents. This online community will also advertise Coffee, Cake and Conversation sessions which are monthly get-togethers organised by parents. A parent seeking information or support can post a message or question on the forum. Alternatively specific weekly sessions can be organised for parents to join a chat room and liaise without having to leave home.
The Spina Bifida Foundation encourages parents living in regional areas who have a child with spina bifida to join this community and interact with other parents.
