Ringwood and District Historical Society
The society exists to collect, research and disseminate information relating to the history of Ringwood, Victoria and its environs, covering the areas of Ringwood, Heathmont, East Ringwood, North Ringwood, Warranwood, Wantirna North. The archives are located at the North Ringwood Senior Citizens building, Norwood Reserve, Warrandyte Road, Ringwood, and can be visited by contacting the archivist.
We have a meeting every month on the 4th Tuesday, February to November at 8pm at Federation Estate, Greenwood Avenue, Ringwood. These meetings are free to attend, you don't have to be a member but membership entitles you to a monthly newsletter and other benefits. We always have a guest speaker and have covered a wide variety of topics over the years.
