History Victoria e-news

no 15 March 2011

Welcome to the first issue of History Victoria e-news for 2011.

Included in this issue are three of the papers presented at the History Victoria Support Group Seminar Day at Narre Warren Library in March.

One of the themes of the day was a discussion on Who Owns History? Carmen Powell and Alleyne Hockley were two of the speakers on this topic and their papers are included in History Victoria e-news.

Another paper - Working with Public Library Collections - is also included.

During the tea break Brian Chandler from Benalla told me of a recent publishing project and information about that project is the fourth contribution to this issue.

Discussion and additional information on any topics raised in these articles is always welcome in the History Victoria Support Group mc2 forum.
