Quollity LETS
LETS stands for Local Exchange Trading System.
There are many LETS all over Australia.
Quollity LETS is a group of around 60 people in the southern and bayside suburbs of Melbourne who exchange skills and services.
The exchange need not be a direct swap because quolls (points) are credited or debited in a central ‘bank’.
You do not need specialist skills to join LETS. Members often request general help when they are sick or busy or when assistance would make a job easier. LETS is not just about accessing specialist skills. It is also a way of helping others, getting help when you need it, meeting people, making friends and strengthening community ties.
Membership of this online community is restricted to members of Quollity LETS.
Yearly membership is $25 single ($15 concession) or $35 household ($25 concession). Everyone contributes 10 quolls or one hour per month for administration.
