We are a group of single parent families living in or near the City of Port Phillip who are interested in family activities in the local area. We provide a variety of family activities in the local area. The events listed on this website are organised by single parents on a voluntary basis, but are funded by the City of Port Phillip and auspiced by YMCA Family Services. Participation is open to all single parents with a genuine interest in family activities. We also have an online community. The aim of this community is to: - inform members of activities for single parents in the local area - allow members to contact each other and arrange informal social activities with other members - provide a forum for discussion of issues of particular relevance to single parent families - share useful information on events, services, and other resources in the local area. |
