The Portarlington Community Group Email Tree is a way for local groups to share information and support each other.
How it works Community groups and organisations submit material that is collated and distributed each fortnight. What's in it? Events: Local events organized by a Portarlington community group or an event that is locally sponsored. Call for Volunteers: local groups or organisations that need additional helping hands. News: broad range of topics that will be of interest to community groups and individuals. PortShare: an initiative to promote the sharing of limited community resources. Who receives it? Individuals and participating community groups. The community group representative either forwards the email on to members, displays on a notice board or shares at a meeting.
