Fostering and Adoption
Three part coloured children fostered by Mr & Mrs Mellors
all look very well and happy, the two older children of school age
are making excellent progress. Native Ward Peter Bobby also with
Mr and Mrs Mellors is making satisfactory progress both physically
and socially.
State Wards

for his age, is showing leadership at the Hostel and in outside

service and shown leadership during the last 12 months.
