SLF People
SLF ‘People’ people working together to identify, rationalise, induct, train, nurture, coordinate, manage and monitor the human resource needs of the organisation in conjunction with the Team Leaders and Platform Coordinators from recruitment to hand-over.
As a voluntary organisation focussed on sustainability, we wish our processes, habits and attitudes to reflect respect for our Selves and one another in an anthropocentric culture of care-full consideration. Our philosophy is based on an 'Us and Us' approach.
The core team are currently meeting and working on:-
*developing an induction kit, - booklet and video
*undertaking active recruiting
*seeking funding for ongoing Volunteer coordination
Ongoing volunteer coordination involves recruiting, inducting and training a variety of volunteers to join the sparkling pool of passionate people for the Sustainable Living Foundation, its events and projects (including Festival, Calendar, Enterprise, Race etc.)
