Support for parents of adult children with a disability
This community aims to provide support and friendship for parents dealing with the unique challenges of adult children with disabilities. At each stage of life new issues emerge and while many of the practical aspects of dealing with a disability may be under control, new challenges may be arising as children reach adulthood.
This is a place where you can come to meet and talk with other people who are facing similar challenges to yourself. You can read discussions posted in the forum and leave comments and post or look at links to websites, events or files that might be of interest.
Everyone who joins this community has a right to expect suuport and understanding from other members and should be prepared to offer the same to others.
