Better Business Practices Focus Group
This project is all about providing online processes to community groups to improve service delivery to members, streamline processes, and reduces administration costs. Essentially, OC will build the following:
-A membership facility – to allow groups to sign up new members and to renew existing members allowing individuals to pay via credit card online.
-A subscriptions facility for newsletters and publication purchase – to allow groups to sell their newsletters and publications online and allowing credit card payments
-A donation facility – to provide groups with the ability to collect donations. OC provides groups with a giving page. This is already built but functionality will be upgrade eg: gateway processing.
