Anti Cerc Group
This group is for current and previous members of the CERC (Common Equity Rental Co-Operatives) Program.
It is aimed at bring attention to the many problems associated with the current system.
I personally was expelled as a member and therefore myself and my 3 kids were evicted from our home. I was expelled for bringing the CERC into disrepute, why? because i complained to outside authourities, namely the Office of Housing, Ombudsman and Member of Parliment.
There is no evidence that i have done anything wrong, however i have written evidence of my claims.
Such as persistent incorrect rental statements, incorrect calculation of the office of housing rebate system, refusal to maintain property to required standards (whilst directors get concreting, ceiling fans etc)
Hoping to gather peoples experiences.
I am no longer a cerc member or tenant, therefore i am now able to persist without fear of retaliation. I will not dissapear this time.
