NE Regional Youth Affairs Network (NERYAN)
By joining a Regional Youth Affairs Network (RYANs), your opinions will influence Government policies and decisions, help create stronger and healthier
communities, and improve young people’s lives.
Regional Youth Affairs Networks have three primary aims, to:
• provide a forum for information sharing between the community, youth sector and Government on regional issues and youth policy discussions;
• promote collaboration between service providers, celebrate good practice for working with young people, and promote young people’s contributions to the community; and
• strategically engage young people through contemporary consultation
to inform local and regional strategy development and Government policy.
