The Myall Venturer Unit was first officially opened in 1984 with 4 members. It was the hard and tireless work of the unit and leaders that got the unit up and running. Toward the end of 1987 the Kyeema Rover Crew was opened. The first Myall members left for there but left the unit in younger but capable of hands. This led to the unit reaching its peak in 1990 with 28 members. In 1995 the unit was down to 9 members. But these nine members worked very well and were a major contributing pert to the construction of the Den, Meeting Room and Storeroom. These members also have since left. In 2002 the unit was revived from its slump. It is now the unit that you see today!
