Macedon Ranges Health Lifestyle Enhancement Program

The service has been established to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for older people and people with disabilities. The program provides socialisation for the client and respite for carers and a continuum of care.

Our services include a wide range of community-based services from the Community Club, residential aged care in both The Oaks Nursing Home and The Elms Hostel, and our independent living units, Bradley Court.
