Home and Community Care
The Home & Community Care (HACC) Program is Victoria’s principal source of funding for services that support frail aged people, younger people with disabilities, and carers. In Victoria the program supports over 220,000 frail older people and people with disabilities. The Macedon Ranges Social Support services are funded partially or wholly by HACC.
