Macedon Ranges Social Support Community
This is a community created as a joint project developed for participants and their families, and staff and volunteers of the Cobaw Community Health and Macedon Ranges Health Service.
These services operate in the Macedon Ranges Shire in Central Victoria. Our programs offer social support for people who are ageing, and younger people with a disability.
Our aim is to support people to continue living as independently as possible in our community, by reducing social isolation, maintaining or enhancing independence, and being a source of information and support for people and their carers.
The goal of this community page is to share information, give people more choice and ideas and be an opportunity for feedback.
We have a linked website which contains information about what the three services do, where they can be found and how to contact them. (Click on the house icon on this page).
This community page will contain a calender of programs and events, links to relevant and/or interesting websites and publications, a discussion forum, information about places of interest to visit, feedback and suggestions.
