family law and relocating your children can be tough
explaining how to go about trying to relocate your children to another state, how tough the system is in trying to achieve this. The down falls and problems this situation can have effect on yourself and your ex partner and the frustration your new partner faces. The law at the moment goes more in favour of the dads but what about the mums right too? What if there has been domestic violence in the house? Has anyone been through this, is the system fair, in saying that no matter what, you cannot move even if it is to better your childrens lives. Is it fair that the biological dad can move where ever he wants but the mum has to abide by the current family law documents. Can you call this discrimination? Through this dilemmna in your life you expect many things but talking and offering support to anyone out there you has gone through this is a start.
