Maps & PATH Facilitators Network (Victoria)
We are a dedicated and passionate group of facilitators who are all trained in the person centred planning tools Maps & PATH. We meet quarterly (or there abouts) to share learnings, ideas and encouragement. At our quarterly gatherings we share stories of success, practice and discuss techniques, listen to guest speakers and practice our graphics. Gatherings are held in different venues around the state.
