The library is located at the Old Post Office in the Grounds of The Beenleigh Historical Village

Library Hours are:
Thursday 9.30am - 2.30pm
Friday 9.30 am - 2.00pm
Saturday 9.30am - 1.00pm

We wish to thank the Beenleigh Historical Village Committee for their support in providing us with this space.

We keep a large collection of Maps, Books,CDs Photographs, Family Histories & Fiche pertaining to the Logan River District.

* over 650 books (112 for Qld),
* over 100 maps (mainly S.E. Qld),
* about 160 family histories in books or in folders (mainly Logan District),
* over 100 CD’s covering Australia,
* over 102 CD’s covering the rest of the World (Mainly UK),
* 100’s of Microfiche covering Australia and the rest of the World, some S.E.
* Qld newspapers from late 1980’s onwards,
* over 1000 Journals and Family History Magazines,
* Qld Electoral Rolls on CD’s and microfiche
* NZ Electoral Rolls for 1865/66 and 1866/67.


Our collection is continually being expanded by Purchases and Donations are gratefully accepted .
