Chris started as many chefs do, as an apprentice. He gained initial experience working as such in the busy, commercial kitchens of the Sofitel on Collins. Here he developed his knowledge and dexterity, embracing a new found love for fine food and dining. Travel soon called and Chris was able to expand his culinary catalogue, gaining experience cooking In such places as France, Switzerland and in Buckingham Palace, London. Chris worked for three seasons for a luxury travel company, hosting his own chalet, in which both fine food and dining were paramount and an every day occurrence, cooking 5 course meals every night. It was at this time that Chris decided to take what he had learned, his love of fine food, dining and service back home. My Food Your Home is designed with the highest quality of service in mind; Chris wants you to experience that same 5 star food and service but in your own home. Chris, along with a professional waitress will come to your home, prepare, cook and serve dinner of the highest quality to you and your friends. Allow Chris to design a menu for such occasions as dinner parties, canapé events and fine dining functions. He uses only the best local produce that will lend itself to your specific desires.
