Note - The Rules are curently being updated but the main content remains the same.

1. Competitors must be members of the Association

2. Minimum age is 16 (with parent/guardian permission)

3. Mowers must have been originally commercially sold as ride on or ride (walk) behind lawn mowers. Small tractors do not qualify

4. Cutters or blades to be inoperative or removed

5. Must have an effective braking system

6. Maximum width of 1 metre (39 inches)

7. Must be inspected and passed for competition

8. New riders may be required to undergo competency ride before being eligible to participate

9. Must wear protective helmet of a motor bike standard and quality

10. Full cover strong material clothing (ie no shorts and thongs)

11. AvGas, ULP, LRP, Standard, 2 stroke, 4 stroke, Super fuels are ok. Nitrous Oxide, Laughing Gas and the like are NOT

12. No Bumping

13. Kill switch or cut of switch attached to the rider requirement for all mowers.
