This is the website of the Buchan South Avenue of Honour. It records the progress in restoration of the memorial.Located in the small township of Buchan South, it consists of two rows of English Oak trees planted in 1920 to remember the students of the then Public School who fought in World War One.
Restoration and development of the Avenue commenced in 2006. The project is managed by a Committee of Management which is part of the Buchan Heritage Group.
