Karryn Argus

Prior to working in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Sector Karryn's career was as a project manager in the community sector. She completed her undergraduate degree with honours in Social Sciences at La Trobe University and her Training and Assessment qualification at Moreland Adult Education.

Karryn was introduced to the VET sector through her role as co-ordinator of Further Education at Thornbury Women's Neighbourhood House.

Since joining the VET sector Karryn has held a variety of roles with Registered Training Organisation's including:

* Developing and delivering non-accredited programs
* Documentation for RTO scope upgrade
* RTO AQTF compliance
* Delivering accredited training courses: Certificate II in Community Services Work, Certificate IV in Business Management and Certificate IV Training and Assessment
* Professional development programs for VET trainers
* Moderator VET virtual groups

Karryn is currently delivering workplace training and assessment in Business and Community Services and the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
