ISEPICH primary care community
Inner South East Partnership in Community and Health (ISEPICH)is a partnership of health and community service agencies, and local residents, in Stonnington, Port Phillip and Glen Eira.
ISEPICH works to plan and coordinate health services and health promotion in the local area. Residents of these areas are welcomed and invited to participate in planning their local health services.
In June 2001, ISEPICH produced a Community Health Plan. This is now being updated and the next Community Health Plan will be available in July 2002.
