Come And Try Week!

FREE! Activities were conducted all week with a feature on each day.
MONDAY: Healthy lifestyle. The walking group encourages walking as an activity. Each Monday they meet at 9 am for a walk around the town followed by a quick cuppa back at the center.
TUESDAY: Computer and Internet usage was free. Now we have ADSL things are really flying on our fast Internet connection. The new computer room has facilities for up to seven to participate at one time. So come on in and give it a try.
WEDNESDAY: It Rained! We were looking forward to promoting our back garden with a Garden Party and Launch of the center at its now location. The rain was most welcome. Gavin Holt, Mayor of Loddon Shire did the honors of officially opening the center praising the work that the Resource Center generates in the community. Delicious morning tea was really enjoyed with all our visitors.
THURSDAY: Craft. Busy fingers were creating all sorts of practical and decorative items. They always find time to chat and enjoy that special cup of tea.
FRIDAY: Business Services. Some took advantage of the free use of computers to type the minutes for the local club, laminate that certificate, bind a report, copy some patterns, fax a form and arrange a meeting.
