The bubble taps at school are wasting a huge amount of water. Some of the bubble taps have high water pressure but some others have barely any at all.
We are trying to fix this problem by replacing or adjusting the spring inside the bubble taps. We tried to turn the water off so we could fix the taps but the handle would not turn off. We asked Robyn and she suggested that we try the gate valves near the tanks but it didn’t turn the water off. Then we put containers under the bubble taps because we thought that there might still be some water in the water pipe but the bubble taps were still not turned off. Robyn emailed the plumber and asked him if he knew what to do about the bubble taps. We haven't yet finished fixing the bubble taps. By Elain |
