VLBA Charity Day - 12th January 2006

56 bowlers had a wonderful night in the cool of the evening, followed by a BBQ meal.  Some of the players were brand new to bowls and they had a great time.  The VLBA Charity for this year is Motor Neurone Disease Association of Victoria and we raised almost $100 selling the Blue Cornflower badges, plus a further amount of around $300 from the evening's proceeds.  Many thanks to all who supported this worthy cause and helped to make the night a success.

The sponsor for the event was Ringwood Mazda and Geoff Salmonds came along and addressed the bowlers at the beginning of the evening.  We very much appreciate the sponsorship we receive from Mazda.
