Courses offered and accreditation Four Diploma courses are offered comprising of a number of selected certificate courses all are accredited with the Australian Holistic Healers Association (AHHA) This is a professional body, which concerns itself with setting standards for holistic healing practitioners and trainers. Accredited courses meet these standards Each diploma represents three modalities offering professional qualifications in Holistic Healing enabling membership with the AHHA. Student membership is available while training. Certificate courses offer a range of subjects to taken as part of diploma or as single units. Students can complete diploma training in two years or take certificates part time to build to Diploma level. Credits may be given with proof and demonstration of knowledge from prior learning Course attendance and Assessment Requirements Students are expected to attend all sessions. Alternative arrangements can be made to make up for missed classes in the form of individual assignments, personal consultation or in the following course. Courses require active class participation, completion of assignments and additional reading. Assessment Is by a number of methods relative and appropriate to the subject being assessed. Attendance, assignments, individual projects, report writing, case histories, logbook. Conducting a lecture/presentation on relevant topics, producing brochures and marketing tools for own business. Supervision and practical assessment, demonstration of skills. It is expected that the student will spend an equal amount of time outside class time to enhance their skill level.
