New Learners Markets (GELC)
The ACFE Capacity Project 'New Learners Markets - Reaching Hard to Reach Learners' Project is an action research project that will provide participants with better marketing strategies for ascertaining the needs of, and then engaging hard to reach learners. These include the role of and strategies for good community development in influencing and retaining learners, understanding how people (especially today’s youth) learn, the importance of language across the curriculum, plus the use of resources such as computers and elearning.
